This means you agree to participate in counselling sessions and to the ways your personal information is collected, used, and shared, in line with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws. You have the right to ask questions, withdraw consent at any time, or change how your information is used. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and in control throughout your counselling experience.

Terms & Conditions

Fees: Hovans Angel Therapy provides professional online counselling in a calm, supportive environment, offering guidance that respects your unique journey. Individual session fees are structured on a flexible sliding scale to help make counselling accessible and sustainable for you.

*Please note that a fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

*An additional fee of $20 will be charged for after-hours and weekend appointments.

International Students Counselling

  • 60 min sessions - $80

Migrant Counselling

  • 60 min sessions - $90

Women’s Empowerment Counselling

  • 80 min sessions - $110

Booking & Payments: To secure your session with Hovans Angel Therapy, payment is requested at the time of booking. Payments can be made easily through Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer directly from the booking page on the website.

Outstanding Payments: If a session fee remains unpaid, services may be paused, and additional recovery costs may apply.

Session Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, while changes made between 24 and 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee. I recognise that unforeseen events can happen, and I am happy to discuss exceptions on a case-by-case basis. These guidelines help me maintain a reliable schedule and continue providing attentive care to all clients.

Concerns: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your session or payment, please let me know in writing within 7 days of your payment. I will work with you promptly to address them and find a solution that feels fair and supportive.

Liability: At Hovans Angel Therapy, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you during counselling. While I take care to offer professional and thoughtful support, my responsibility is limited to the cost of the sessions or services you have received. This ensures clarity while allowing me to focus on giving you the best possible care during our time together.

Legal Guidance: The services I provide at Hovans Angel Therapy are guided by the laws of Western Australia. If any issues or disagreements arise, they will be handled in accordance with local legal standards to ensure fairness.
