About Liz Angela Wangari Gaturu
Life can present challenges that leave people feeling stuck, questioning themselves, or unsure of what comes next. Reaching out for support is not always easy, but having the space to talk things through can make a meaningful difference. The aim is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and able to speak openly about what is happening for you.
My name is Liz Angela Gaturu. I hold a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from Alphacrucis University College. I provide online counselling services to people from all walks of life who may be:
Adjusting to new environments or cultures.
Experiencing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety.
Navigating life transitions or uncertainty.
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction.
The opportunity to walk alongside people during difficult periods of life is something I value deeply. I know what it can feel like to be stuck and unsure of where to turn. Alongside my professional training, my personal life experience guides how I support you, helping me stay present, practical, and focused on what is going on for you.
When we work together, the focus is on having honest conversations about what is happening in your life. We look at the challenges you are facing, what may be getting in the way, and what practical steps might help things feel more manageable.
Whether you are looking to understand yourself more deeply, challenge unhelpful patterns, or take practical steps towards positive changes, I will help guide the process by choosing the approach that best supports your needs and goals.
When I am not working, you will probably find me exploring new places, engrossed in a good book, or taking long walks while soaking up the sunshine and fresh air. I enjoy playing the piano and going for a swim, and I also love catching up with loved ones.
