Meet Your Counsellor

Hi, I’m Liz Angela and I’m so glad you are here.

Life can present challenges that leave people feeling stuck, questioning themselves, or uncertain about what comes next. During these times, having the opportunity to pause, reflect, and speak openly with someone who listens without judgement can make a real difference.

I believe every person deserves to be met with dignity, respect, and genuine understanding.. Rather than directing your decisions, my role is to guide you in exploring your experiences, gaining new perspectives, and identifying the path that feels right for you.

I hold a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from Alphacrucis University College. I am committed to delivering person centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and dignity. I provide online counselling services to people from all walks of life who may be:

  • Adjusting to new environments or cultures

  • Navigating life transitions or uncertainty.

  • Experiencing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety.

  • Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction.

The opportunity to walk alongside people during difficult periods of life is something I value deeply. I know what it can feel like to be stuck and unsure of where to turn. Alongside my professional training, my own lived experiences have shaped the way I connect with others. They have strengthened my appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the importance of approaching every conversation without assumptions.

Whether you are looking to understand yourself more deeply, challenge unhelpful patterns, or take practical steps towards positive changes, I will help guide the process by choosing the approach that best supports your needs and goals.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, swimming, going for long drives, and spending time with family and friends. These moments help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and taking time to appreciate the simple things in life.
